Zoe Naylor

The lovely Zoe Naylor who played Regan McLeod in the hit series, Mcleod’s Daughters married her fiancé, James, on May 12th 2007. Zoe is currently co-hosting Gladiators on Channel Seven.

1. When was your hen night?

Saturday 28th April 2007

2. Who organized it?

My lovely bridesmaids

3.Did you go for the whole hen’s weekend or just a hen’s night?

Just a low key hen’s day and evening local to where I live.

4. What sort of activities did you have?

I had a pretty traditional silly, girly hen’s party which included things like a question and answer on how well I know my partner, James: My sister had asked him questions and I had to guess his answers. We also made certain appendages out of Plasticine and the best designs won prizes – lots of laughs and very silly, but great fun…I also had to dress up in wings/ sash/ tiara/ wand etc...

5. Where did you go?

We started with lunch at the local in Paddington, Sydney. Then to The Royal Hotel - also in Paddo and kept it quite low key and local.

6. Who was the star of the night?

Me, of course!!! Hee hee!!! No actually I think my mum was – she entered into the proceedings with true spirit and even won the competition best Plasticine appendage design!

7. Any funny stories you can disclose?!

Nothing too terrible happened on the night. We were all terribly well behaved (?!) really, but my bridesmaids did made me a cake in the shape of a male’s genitalia – it was hilarious and very cheeky.

8. Did you have to do anything you really didn’t want to do? If so what and what were the consequences?

Well, I had to carry a penis shaped light saber around all night, which was rather embarrassing and really, too many girls who’ve had too many drinks, carrying penis-shaped light sabers in public are a bad combination.

9. If you were organizing a hen’s night or weekend for a mate what would you like to do/not do?!

I’d do it all again in an instant. It was just great to spend a day with my closest girlfriends. We had so many laughs and I really think it was a top idea (and very sensible) starting with a lunch.
